Default Rule Britannia

Hi guys . Can anybody shed light on this Britannia pin badge please ?

I am not sure if its even military but the wealth of knowledge on here is always amazing. The frame and Britannia are metal and the background feels like plastic.

Just to be clear I trade in badges rather than collect.

Thanks in advance for looking.

Pinterest is awash with versions of this button, as well as other lion themed examples such as the Lion of Lucern.

Best wishes,

Thinking about it, I don't ever recall the Union Flag being incorporated with Britannia in respect of the BoE. My previous stab in the dark may have been more of a flailing of arms than a decisive thrust.
