A beautiful item I would love to own .
There is on record a Captain E.C Seaman Royal Engineers in charge of the Brennan Torpedo factor 1902 the Brennan was a shore based torpedo for defending harbours and was actually used to defend Malta ..... Could be your man ?

Hello Everyone,
I've been doing some research and found quite a bit of information on Edwin Charles Seaman. He made it to the rank of Colonel and passed away in 1919. He was awarded the Order of the White Eagle of Serbia 4th Class, Order of the Bath Military Companion, Order of St Michael and St George Companion. I've tried doing more research but most of the other sites you have to pay for. Keith |
