Have you figured out this question yet as I can help with descriptions of the X badges you listed?
The petty officers badges are patterns X1a (red) and X1b (blue). The others I need to look up.

The badges you have shown are what I would consider woven, so yes to your question IMHO.

For those new to pattern numbers.
X are woven badges, A badges are red, B badges are blue. Badges with a plain number are gold (not bullion as this term was not used by the RN in relation to badges). Pattern numbers are what we should be referring to badges as, because who used the badge often changed whereas the pattern number mostly stayed the same. I think X pattern badges are under rated by collectors today.
X4A - Red, crown above propeller, star below, small for collars. Stoker Mechanician.
X5A - Red, propeller with crown above, small for collars. Chief Stoker.
X10A - crossed torpedoes crown above and star below. Torpedo Gunners Mate Other Ratings.
X10B - as above but blue
X15A - Red, crossed flags with crown above. Visual Signalman 2nd Class, Petty Officer.
X15B - as above but blue
X16A - Red, crossed flags with star above and two stars below. Visual Signalman 2nd Class Other ratings.
X16B - as above but blue
X34A - Red, crossed axe and hammer with star above. Artisan, 4th Class (confirmed) and above.
X34B - as above but blue.
X35A - Red, crossed axe and hammer. Artisan, 4th Class (acting) and 5th Class.
X61A - Red, angel wings and lightning bolt with crown above. Wireless Telegraphist, 2nd Class Petty Officer.
X61B - as above but blue.
X86A - Red, harpoon, coil and lightning bolt. Submarine Detector Other Ratings.
X86B - as above but blue.
X103A - Red, crossed guns with crown above and star below. Gunners' Mate Other Ratings.
X103B - as above but blue.
X255A - Red, two blade propellor with star above and star below. RNVR Motor Mechanic.
X255B - as above but blue.
X326A - Red, four blade airscrew with the letter L below. Air Fitter, Electrical Section Other Ratings.
X326B - as above but blue.
X329A - Red, four blade airscrew with the letter O below. Air Fitter, Ordnance Section Other Ratings.
X329B - as above but blue.

Crossed guns with star above and star and Q below, if it is a small size for the collar it is a pattern X140B if a large size then X141B.
Gun with star above and A below was given the pattern number X163A.
