I don't as it's a copy.

A genuine one:

http://www.buywyze.com/viewphoto.php...1019295&phqu=3

A fake:

http://www.ebay.co.uk/sch/i.html?_nk....c0.m270.l1313 or http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/EXCELLENT-...item4161d39fbc

The differences are obvious - start with the angle of the tail.

I agree, as soon as I saw the front I had my doubts. The back aint right either. How much was being asked.

I bought mine from Stephen Bosley last centuary (sounds good!) and paid a packet then!

I have been tempted with a silver one recently but I have my doubts on it so have left it. Shame these are copied including hall mark!

Buyer beware

Peter,
I do not believe some "Mug" has bought this as genuine, perhaps when they get it they will send it back for the refund it is due!

If the person who has bought the dud views this thread I will gladly send them some images of a genuine example for comparison...

Peter,
please do not get confrontational over this, your wing man has resorted to peddling fakes on ebay so is not here to tie your apron strings... Besides which I've warned you in the past about crossing swords with me, don't do it you've neither the reputation or intellect to do it on your own!

This Forum is for the information of genuine collectors.... Your 0verweight buddy can continue to send me offensive e-mails, but as he has has ironically called me the "Badge Police" I will continue to ensure copies are not sold as genuine! TO ANYONE..

Please get back to me if you need any help with the big words! As I'm always willing to help anyone!

Billy,
that's a rather modern (probably post 1970) looking slider!

Billy,
the rest looks as bad as the slider! Hope you did not pay a lot for it!
