Default Unknown cloth star, keystone and knife/dagger badge

It appears to share a number of similarities with one or two American divisional patches, particularly the central escutcheon which looks very similar to that of the American 28th Infantry Div.

It does indeed incorporate the Keystone ( Pennsylvania is the "Keystone State"), however I do not recognize the rest of it.
