Default Unusual badge, missile and cannons?

Hi,
I’m quite new to collecting military badges and have usually found any of my questions answered by reading through this forum.
But this badge has totally stumped me so I thought I would join up to pick your brains.
Please can you help me identify this badge and any history behind it?

Battery A, 2nd Battalion, 205th Artillery Regiment. Distinctive Unit Insignia (DUI) below. A National Guard outfit in the State of Washington. Had an Air Defence role but don't seem to exist any longer.
