Default COTC Cap Badge Collection

I picked this up at an Auction a couple months back...the price wasn't much ($150) so I bought it. Sorry for the glare on 2 of the pics...just could not get the right angle.

I am pretty sure all the badges are legitimate...my only question is the OAVC Badge which I have heard has been repo'd. Could anyone confirm if this a repo or authentic?

Best,
Mike

Hi Jim,

Yes it came framed as shown...glad to hear the OAVC Badge is authentic. Also in this framed set is a Cap Badge for Ontario Agricultural College...which is what the University of Guelph (my alma mater) was called until the 1960's.

Best,
Mike

Default Maker Marks

I decided to have a look at the backs of the Badges in this collection to see what Maker Marks appeared. A number of them were Scully and the Loyola was Birks.

The Question is on this University of Western Cap Badge there is a R...I checked the site to see if there is a reference but could not find it although I somewhat recall seeing a reference to it. Could anyone help out.

Many thanks,
Mike
