New member
Hello from Canada, I am new to this site and to military badge, pin and button collecting. I inherited a collection of approximately 100 pieces and am trying to catalog and identify these items as they came to me in a plastic bag. Thanks in advance for any future help you may be in aiding my efforts. Best regards, Rob.

Hello Rob, Welcome to the Forum. Is your accumulation Canadian or British?
Check out the Forum threads on badges, and lets have a look at your badges. Lots of help here.

As I mentioned in my earlier post I am very new to this and as such cannot really say which of my badges are British and Canadian. I do know that many of the buttons have the makers names on them, such as R Derooster, Firmin, J R Gaunt and Son, W Scully, Hicks and Sons, A M & Cie, Pitt & Co. , Fonson & Co., T. W. & W, and Maurice Bourdon.I do believe that the badges and buttons are originals and not reproductions however I will need to do more research to confirm this. Thanks for the welcome messages to the forum.Best Regards, Rob.
