Default 10 Field Battery RCA dress distinction

In 1945, 10 Field Battery Royal Canadian Artillery was honoured by the 48th Highlanders with permission to wear a patch of Davidson tartan behind the RCA cap badge.
Does anyone have images of this dress distinction? Or, was this more symbolic than effective?
