I cant seem to find good reference to Dutch beret badges so can anyone id this for me please?

Not too difficult, it says what it is; a badge to the infantry regiment Menno van Coehoorn.

The Regiment Infanterie 'Menno van Coehoorn' was originally raised in 1672 as Regiment Baye du Theil. After many changes in name and some amalgamations it became the 3rd Regiment Infanterie in 1947 and Regiment Infanterie 'Menno van Coehoorn' in 1953. I don't know where it fits in the current Netherlands army structure.
