Default Several AAC Badges

A few recent AAC pick ups from here in Illinois. A W/M stamped beret badge as well two OSD collars both being Firmin made. The collars are not a matched pair but pretty close. The collars are quite striking a very nice look.

The cap badge will be WM which has been in such conditions where it has tarnished to resemble a brass-like tone.

All the contemporary nickel plated brass AAC examples I’ve seen have plated loops, this goes for the early Para badges too.

Thanks Jerry and Luke. It does look more white metal in person. The reverse as you can see in the photo is white metal. Had not thought of tarnish just assumed the finish had worn off.

I think the collars are nice, okay, so not quite the same, but, still could well have been worn as a pair, you have been quite fortunate.
