Unknown medical badge
I have just bought a job lot of badges and this is one I can find no reference for. It measures 37mm wide x 24mm deep and looks as though it was originally blacked with two posts for "butterfly clips". The letters ANTAYA/GI is stamped on the reverse.
I think it may be American medical service related which is outside of my collecting field, however any help in ID would be appreciated. Rob |

Expert Field Medic, looks the same as the Combat Field Medic badge but without the wreath.
