Default Durlston Cadets - New Addition

Hi Gents,

Just thought I would share a new addition to my Cadets collection. This one is a Durlston Court Cadet Corps cap badge. I don't recall seeing too many of these around, so presume it is quite scarce. Either way pleased to have this one.

As always any thoughts, opinions or observations greatly appreciated.

Cheers, Roy.

Hi Gents,

I sold this badge quite some time back, I think it was to a forum member but can't recall. If you are the new owner of know of another example of this badge available, would you drop me a line.

A friend of mine is really keen to acquire an example and I promised to ask around for him.

Cheers,

Roy

A very scarce badge for an obscure cadet corps. The school was a prep school who had a cadet corps from 1903 but did not wear military uniform until 1926. They affiliated to the Dorsetshire Regt that year.

You may be thinking of Battersea Grammar School CC.

Thank you, yes - that could very well be the badge I'm thinking of.
