Default Two unknown swagger sticks

Hi! This is my first post. Please be gentle :-)

I am across these two swagger sticks at a sale. I could not identify the insignia, and would appreciate any hints or help. The sticks are 85 cm each. Wood all the way except for a ball head, which bears insignia at the top:

One shows crossed rifles (I think), ABOVE a crown.
The other shows cross flags, with a crown above the cross, and
the digit "2" below it. Images are shown here.

Many thanks!

The crown on the second one looks European, maybe Dutch or Belgian.

Default two unknown swagger sticks

The crown on the second one looks more like a 'Naval Crown'. I know that several British regiments have or have had this in their badges because of past service at sea acting as marines.

The first one - could it be Iraqui, showing "The Hands of Victory" symbol?

Thanks! I looked it up. The Iraqi victory arch indeed looks somewhat similar (sans the crown). But ti was built 1987 -- no way the swagger stick is that new.
I thought maybe there was an earlier Iraqi insignia bearing some resemblance, but didn't find relevant reference.

You mean the one with the flags? or the other one? Where can I look up European insignia?

Thanks, Pete!
I assume you mean the one with the crown below the rifles? Isn't it odd that the crow is below the rifles? I thought the crown always appear above (or center of cross).
Mind you, I'm a complete newbie to this area.

Seller does not have knowledge or origins. The sale is in Israel, so it is slightly more likely
that the sticks are British (British mandate period WWI -- 1948), but it really is just slightly
more likely.

I should also note that the length seems unusual. 85cm for one, 83cm for the other.
Seems a bit on the long side compared to other swagger sticks. Maybe they are
walking sticks? Still curious that they have these insignia.
