The fur cap rhs one is a modern copy but lhs looks good. Most of the others look ok but hard to say with the quality of the photos. The Hughes AA is fine

The OSD collar is nice, you don’t see too many of those. Strange really as there should be two for every cap badge. These would have been worn by some, not all, of the TF Battn’s.

You’re going to need some better photos of the 5th VB badge.

Brecknockshire Bn
The first cast brass badge is one of the first badges I bought in the early 70's IMG_20210113_185115.jpgIMG_20210113_185123.jpgIMG_20210113_185141.jpgIMG_20210113_185150.jpg Officers OSD Collar set IMG_20210113_185224.jpgIMG_20210113_185236.jpg Shoulders IMG_20210113_185323.jpgIMG_20210113_185341.jpg |

Hi Kevin I hope these are good enough it's the loops that I don't like they seem a bit small and the attachment
IMG_20210115_201751.jpgIMG_20210115_201831.jpg I noticed your recent thread on a welsh badge timeline I had thought someone else would have had some to fill gaps, I obtained some shako plates glengarry and HPC's relating to welsh regiments in a frame some time ago but I would not be confident in there originality are they of any interest for your thread |

The brecknockshire osd collars are very uncommon, especially to see the pair

Neil,
I’ll have a good look at the loops on my 5th SWB later today. Please do add your Helmet/Shako plates to the thread as it would be good to see them. Hwyl, Kevin |
