What Jewish badge is this (KC)

Does anybody knows what badge is this and is it original? Thanks,

I am always looking early (pre 1939) British ribbon bars with foreign awards; interesting devices or just different construction solutions. Also I am seeking Royal Dublin Fusiliers items. I can help in small scale to research RDF soldiers (MICs, medal rolls, additional information, etc). |

Just to stir the hornets nest !
A lot from a Jerusalem Auction House : "Cloth Tag and a Badge of a Military Rabbi of the Jewish Brigade of the British Army – World War II" Yet on the Salesroom site it's described as : "BADGE - BRITISH /PALESTINE MANDATE CAP BADGE:- JEWISH SETTLEMENT POLCE, KC," Lots of theories about the badge but has it ever had a definative identification.
