Default An “Artillery” shoulder title?

My Son bought me the following believing it to be Artillery related. It has a strong manufacturing resemblance to many Indian badges. Well made and cast integrally with fixing lugs, drilled for a pin. We believe it to be “G. Volunteer Artillery” the only Indian Artillery hat badge I have is for the “Gailor” Artillery. I’ve Googled, check Renfrew, also Westlake and even Owen’s, all to no avail.
I’m hoping that Marc, (54Bty) or Simon, or Mike Vee could have a go at it. Thank you for any suggestions, David J.

Thank you Marc! Any chance of a reference that I could find? Can you also say where on the uniform is it worn, as it is very small for a shoulder title, perhaps on the epaulette? Best regards, David J.

N. Litchfield, Metal Shoulder Titles, Number TA 020 Officers and TA 021 Other Ranks. Last I saw them it was on the shoulder strap (known to some as an epaulette) of the Jersey Heavy Wool.
