Default Possible Jewish badge

I am unable to identify the badge illustrated which is 82 x 58 mm and has a pin rather than a lug attachment. Any help would be appreciated.

Correct. Trinidad & Tobago Police helmet plate with replaced fitting. The lugs have been removed for some reason.
