Which formations used the designation ‘troop’ during WW2? I’ve seen it on something relating to a soldier who is almost certainly infantry, unless of course he is attached to another unit

The term "troops" was also generic as in " That's the stuff to give the troops" and in formation designations such as 21 Army Group Troops.
