Any date? The Bandoliers are interesting. Suggests affilation to Yeomanry or Cyclists.

The belt and bandoliers are the standard British Army Pattern 1903 Bandolier Equipment worn by everyone, until superceded by the 1908 Webbing Equipment which probably wouldnt have reached the OTC like these until many years later.
