Default Unknown cloth

Gents, these have been lurking around for ages in my odds & sods box - pretty sure I haven't put them up for identification before.

Red printed in a light khaki drill. 50p for size comparison - I have no idea what these are. Any suggestions welcome. Could they be scouts or something?

Regards all

Bess

Repro signs of 3rd Bn and IVth Bn Coldstream Guards. The originals were Embroidered on Felt (as befits a Guards battalion). John Waring's JW1/716 and 717 refer.
