Default Pegasus? No a Flying Camel!
This is from a Shin Tova card sent by a Driver in 462 (Palestinian) Coy RASC in 1944. At first I thought it was an airborne Pegasus but it's a Pegacamel! Anyone else seen anything similar?

Similar, yes: a transport squadron of the Israeli Air force has the same
flying camel theme (Scroll down to the Flying Camael Squadron):
