Arab? button for id

This button was in a mixed batch of British army A/A I purchased
at the weekend. The writing is obviously Arabic or similar.
Anyone able to offeran I.D.?

arab button

Hi. Arabic definitely. It's from Qatar but i don't know if military or police. Eddie Parks can probably decipher it. Andrew.
