Default Helmet plate centres - with sliders for wear on the pagri

Late in the day, the 1881 HPC was reissued with a long slider instead of loops. These were for wear on the pagri of the FSH and SD Hat (= slouch). I’m not sure how common these are, I’ve seen one or two on ebay.
Has anyone ever seen a Kings Liverpool one ?

(and what did officers wear on the pagri?, their same idea with their HPCs ?)

Also, has anyone ever seen a makers name on an HPC – I suspect not, so what info do we have on who made them ?
I'm informed that no Irish ones are known with makers names.

Any advice gratefully received
Julian
