Default 19th Light Brigade

The newly formed 19th Light Brigade which is a Reserve Brigade has been formed at a ceremony at Imphal Barracks in York.

The Brigade consists of The Queen's Own Yeomanry and the Scottish and North Irish Yeomanry. They are supported by Infantry Battalions from The Royal Irish Regiment, The Royal Anglian Regiment, The Yorkshire Regiment, The Duke of Lancaster's Regiment, The Rifles and The Royal Regiment of Scotland.

I extracted this information from an article on Forces.net and thought it was worth posting here together with the photo of their formation patch.
