I enjoy this thread every year.
Nice one Steve. Here's mine, a bi metal Ayrshire Yeomanry, it is believed it was possibly worn by S/NCO's, whether private purchase or issued I still endeavour to find out. Looking forward to everyone else's finds. Chris |

1928 Pilgrimage
Having quite a few items related to the British Legion Battlefields Pilgrimage of 1928 I was delighted to get hold of this Women's Section badge.
The Women's Section was the largest 'group' with over 3000 members (out of a total of 11000) taking part , some of the branches/areas attached different coloured 'flashes' as a way to show which branch/area they were from. .
