BEVO weave I would say, as brabbant looks quite different on the reverse, and therefore post WWII, and they were in Germany until 1946.

I’ve just read on wiki mate and it indicates the unit was in Germany from April so could be wartime made?

Jon and Jerry,
Likewise, I initially thought this was an immediate post-war German-made badge. However, if, as suggested, the manufacturer of Brough, Nicholson & Hall produced this wartime 11th Armd Div badge, then this 8th Corps type is probably made by the same company, too. Best, Marcus |

Thanks Marcus.
I’m surprised not to have seen that pattern in Jon Mills’s Book
