Is there an expert out there who could tell me the significance of the green tape on the shoulder straps of this BD blouse? Thanks. Mike

I can only assume it denotes a specific wing, squadron or flight but I'm unfamiliar with the practice.

A Squadron, Glider Pilot Regiment wore a green twill epaulette tape.
