Default Phantom Patch Original?

Evening all,

A patch sold on eBay, thoughts?

Is the stitching around the P common place?

Have seen one sell previously on a site that was similar, but haven't seen one in the flesh previously to make a distinction.

Thanks

I'd say it is an artificially aged fake badge, distressed look but unworn and messy back are never a good sign.

Such budget will allow you to purchase less than half an original Phantom patch.

Ok cool, good to know

As a reference point, has anyone ever seen an original with the black stitching around the P?

No, not on any formation sign apart from the 7th armoured division (2nd pattern).
