Default research help with Essex rgt soldier

A good friend of mine is trying to find out more about his grandfather who was killed 28 april 1917, He has no grave but is commemorated on the Arras memorial. His details are pte 41417 Thomas Henry Parker 13th btn Essex rgt
These details come from the commonwealth war graves site. Has anyone got a copy of the Soldiers died CD that might give detail of where he enlisted etc, He was from Suffolk.
