Default Original AIF Cap and Badge

Just for your viewing pleasure. Unfortunately a bit knocked around. it was given to me as a child by my next-door neighbour. I used to play with it and didn't appreciate its value back then and threw it in the shed and let the moths eat it. 30 years later I found it and have tried to restore it as best as possible

Yes Mick 1914. The owner was a member of the Australian Expeditionary Force that took New Guinea back from the Germans in 1914.

That was the AN&MEF, The Australian Naval and Military Expeditionary Force.
