Trying to ID this brass collar badge. Will probably be moving it on.

Offered on Ebay as Portugese army/Red Cross/ Health Sevices.
Similar but different striking and with screw back shown on a site as a Mozambique & an Angolan Medi NCO's beret badge.

The wreath may be the best way to identify country as it is laurel and oak leaves.

Its not portuguese!!

Collar badge worn as a pair by South African Red Cross Society. 1940's through to 1970's
