Default Not sure what badge she's wearing

Gentlemen,

I am sure this is an obvious one to you all, but I'm just not sure what badge this ATS lady is wearing on her chest? My guess is that it's a General Service device, but want to be sure. If that's what it is, why would she be wearing it? It also seems to be a cap badge rather than a collar badge?

Thanks,

Terry

Cool ATS

Photograph taken late in the war, the lady is wearing a plastic cap badge.

Thank you gentlemen,

I see it now! And I am right that it is a cap badge and not a collar badge?

I see, you are referring to her cap badge, re being plastic, not the Intelligence badge. Yes, I see that too.

Thanks again,

Terry

The Int Corps badge looks like it's cap badge sized, the cap badge is a dark shade rather than polished metal, she's not an officer so it should be the plastic economy badge which is a dark brown colour.

Terry,
Examples of Intelligence Corps badges in my album.

WRAC attached wore a single collar badge on their No 2 Dress jacket.

With looks like hers I'm sure she could have got away with wearing any badge she liked. What a cracker!!.
