Default Belgian lion cap badges

Hello everybody, i need help to date two belgian lion cap badge the first one is in plastic, the other one in metal.

Some people told me that the plastic one is a british ww2 production, but i read an old post on this forum where they where saying that it was a post war production?

I really don't know what to think about these 2 badges.
If somebody could help a young collector that would be great

The plastic one is indeed of post-war Belgium manufacture. The brass one appears to be a WW2 British made other ranks badge, but I would need to see a view from the lugs from the side.

Hi, thanks for your answer, that confirme what i though on the plastic one.

Billy, they are both gold but the bad photo quality make them appear silver.

I believe that such lugs are only found on post-war Belgium made cap badges. In the attached picture a British made badge.
