Thank you.

I've been looking through my copy of Gaylor's and couldn't see it.

Is it brigade of Gurkhas?

The RW Kent is an OSD collar badge. The Buffs is an OR collar.

Not a Buffs dragon but a Monmouthshire Regiment.

I do not collect officers badges but it looks like a cast copy to my eyes with a modern finish, equally I would not buy that Mons badge.

Crossed kukri looks like the type worn by Gurkha recruits in training in Nepal.

My mistake, it is indeed a Monmouth with the curled tail, not Buffs which was a simple S shape.

Never seen that design Mons as a collar or on lugs, not one I would buy.

The Gurkha badge is described as Gurkha Staff Band badge ,as Tim says was worn by recruits to the Gurkha Brigade

Boy, and I knew this as well. Type first and think second. That's what happens in old age!
