Default Royal Berkshire badge

The attached scan clearly shows the wording ROYAL BERKSHIRE and PRINCESS CHARLOTTE OF WALES. I cannot find another example on the internet with both sets of wording. Any thoughts?

The design is of an Officer's Service Dress collar badge.
