Rob, I suppose it is an Australian who was for whatever reasons attached to GHQ Home Forces UK.
Google reveals: GHQ Home Forces commanded all formations and units in the UK except those of AA Command, War Office training establishments (eg: ITCs, PTCs, Training Regiments and Depots and Schools of Instruction). And: http://www.ordersofbattle.com/Units/...ates?UniX=6961 Rgds, Thomas |

Australian BD were supplied to the British Army in bulk towards the end of WW2. I have one that is badges RASC and was worn in Italy 1944/45.

I'm sure they weren't supplied with Australian shoulder titles though.

It looks like the Australia shoulder title was not the first metal shoulder title on that jacket!
