Nope. Odd patch, but I don't know where the 1940 pattern comes from? The decision to "patch" the Canadian divisions was not made until Dec 12,1940, and the patches were not acquired for sometime after that date. For all intents and purposes, divisional patching did not appear for the 2 CID until 1941.
