Default 2 [modern cloth] unknowns for ID, please

2 I recently come across;
Dragon with 12C1 signature came off an old DPM assault vest.

Elephant & log [?] obviously very recent as on MTP blanking panel.
Have a feeling I have seen something similar with an ATC connection, any one confirm?

Can’t shed any light on the dragon, unusual colouring on the dragon itself?

Might be a long shot but the U.S Army Corps of Engineers MOS code for "Bridge Crewmember" is 12C1.
