Hi ok your backing suggests Late 50s but your wings are 60 pattern. and look nothing like my 50s wings

Can you see Mr Bill not same backing as my early 60s and I also have 50s

Look at My pictures First two early 50s with Cotton Backing

the other two are from the early 60s with a cotton Backing but my Backing is not same as yours the treads are more spread out on mine.

Remove one tread from the Backing as long as possible. Note I did it to Mine, a suggestion from Mr Bill Burn it. If the Thread Melts its Nylon.

Remember they make fake ones that are exactly like the real ones.

And by your pictures you show two defrent types.

Here are front and reverse shots of my jump wings attributed to a wartime 1 Canadian Parachute Battalion officer.

Default Rigger Wings

Some interesting wing locations on this Parchute Smock. This came direct from the Rigger over a decade ago, I have smudged out the name on this image.

That's a great BD blouse Ed. I really like the looks of those wings and especially the leaf which appears to be consistent with known original examples I've seen. For me that tunic is the holy grail of Canadian tunics.... so jealous.

I conquer Nice blouse looks very Sweet, A great example

as for the Jump-Smock He would of never been able to wear his white wings in that location. Funny no stitch marks of the Osons Patches a must have. Or it shows it ever had.

Pierrles or Thompson the Smock ???

Default Canadian Froces Parachute Maintenance Depot (CFPMD)

The CFPMD was not part of the SSF, therefore the members did not wear the SSF patch.

This smock was manufactured by Ambridge and Thompson (1987) Inc. in August 1989.

Just a bit of background. Parachute Riggers are drawn from the Supply Technician occupation. The riggers' primary posting was the Canadian Forces Parachute Maintenance Depot. CFPMD personnel wore the jump smock, maroon beret with Logistics branch cap badge and had CFPMD shoulder titles in combat and CF patterns. Also, CFPMD personnel had a CFPMD patch that was worn on the sleeve of the jump smock. I will post pictures shortly.
Some time in the 1990s, CFPMD and the Canadian Airborne Centre (CABC) were consolidated as the Canadian Forces Land Advanced Warfare Center at CFB Trenton.
Qualified personnel continue to wear the maroon beret with their regimental or branch capbadge.
With regards to the wing on the left sleeve, it is not uncommon for CF personnel to wear the Basic Parachute badge on their left sleeve if they have another qualification badge on the left breast, depending on the order of dress. In DEU, the Parachutist Badge would be worn as a miniature metal wing on the left breast pocket. Search and Rescue Technicians who are Basic Parachutist qualified would wear the para wing on the left shoulder of their orange jump suits.

Here are the CFPMD badges.
Patch for the jump smock, combat title, CF title and the early rigger badge which was worn only on the jump smock.
The two titles were courtesy of Major Mike Rafferty who was CO of CFPMD before coming to 2 Service Battalion as the DCO. He was well liked by all ranks and very sadly he died not long after he retired.

Here is an unusual badge, the shoulder flash that was worn by the Petawawa corps of The Royal Canadian Army Cadets. They were sponsored by The Canadian Airborne Regiment.

Here is the jump smock that belonged to my brother-in-law. My son recently added the US wings (to which my b-i-l was entitled) but everything else is original to the smock. Note the pathfinder badge on one sleeve and the Skyhawks patch on the other.
