R.M. blazer badge ?
Can anyone please tell me if this is a Royal Marines blazer badge or something else ?

I think this is a C/Sgts 'Blues' rank badge worn above the stripes in lieu of a crown on this uniform only.

This is the smaller version of the Colour Sergeant's badge, the earlier version with 'Kings' crown was larger, this I know for a fact as my father wore a KC Colour Sergeants badge during his service in the Royal Marines. I had his old badge for many years, but sadly I no longer have it.
