Default KOYLI ACF Captain's Battledress Blouse

Just thought I'd share a nice Battledress Blouse that I picked up at a car boot sale last weekend. I don't normally collect uniforms but couldn't resist this one. It bears the insignia of a Captain in the King's Own Yorkshire Light Infantry, West Riding of Yorkshire Army Cadet Force. I served as a cadet in KOYLI ACF from 1973 until 1976 and almost certainly knew the original owner , sadly there is no name in the jacket. Nice to see the officers collar badges on the uniform too.

Paul

I think Cadet items are now a lot more collectable than in the past and items like this battledress are worth preserving but even better Paul when you have a personal connection.
