Can anyone help identify this beret and arm flash?
Can anyone help identify this beret badge and arm flash?
The beret badge could be ‘Thabazimbi’ but I’m not sure. Thank you. |

No both are South African.
The beret badge is either armoured or a commando unit from of the bantustans. |

The ‘Thabazimbi’ unit had a enamelled shoulder flash with a side profile of a Leopard but it’s of a different design.

Both South African :
- the badge belongs to 121 Battalion, SA Infantry Corps - the flash belongs to the Intelligence College.

Arthur, very much appreciated.
The ‘Swartland Commando’ flash caused some confusion as someone had written ‘‘Western Province Command Catering Corps’ on the reverse. |
