Default Home Guard Information Circular No5

If any one has a copy of the above HGIC, I would appreciate a scan/photo of paragraph 5, which I believe relates to Home Guard proficiency Badges.

I think I have one of those flashes, a red square for sharp shooting if I remember. I'll have a look in the HG books, I have most of them.

Sorry, I can't help - but while rooting around the internet I came across a PhD thesis about arming the home guard which references it. I've not read the whole document, but it certainly seems interesting:
