1st Photo

all original albeit the second has an after market brooch fitted and the 3 rd is broken.
The one you cant ID is a Manchester City Police cap badge pre 1936.

2nd Photo

mostly original, but as you thought the floriated fleur de lys of the 7th (TF) bn is a fake.

3rd Photo

I am afraid your rear view photos are a little blurred and too straight on, but I have doubts over the originality of 3,4,5,6 and 7th City Bn shoulder titles.

The loops just dont look right but, it might be the photography. Better photos needed on those.

I Hope this helps most of the loops are very similar but the amount clipped from the feet seems to vary 5 6 and 7 have varying degrees of miss/double strike mostly on manchester on the reverse

Neil,

Loops on City Battalions shoulder titles came in 3 types.

1. Wide splayed feet style - like your 1st, 2nd and although the photo is blurred, your 8th also I think.

2. Square shaped loops, indicative of a Fattorini made badge like your 24th

3. Normal loops with no feet which I think are your 3rd, 5th and 6th, although again the photos arent conclusive.

That leaves your 4th and 7th which appear to have footed loops which is incorrect.

There are lots of fakes of these titles which are getting better and better so just examine the loops on yours to see which category they fall in.
