Default Help with new purchases, good or dud

Hi Guys
Picked up these 2 badges and wonder whether they are good or dud. Any help or opinions would be very much appreciated.

Thanks

Rob

Hello Rob they both look ok to me, I have an East Surrey with the same unusual slider although yours is broken.
Regards Tony.

Hi Tony
Thanks very much for the info and taking time to post, I wasn't 100% certain on either so glad that you think they are ok. I think I shall put the East Surrey with some others to send to Dave in Tamworth for a new slider. Roughly when do you think the Surrey's badge dates to.

Cheers

Rob

Hi Tony
Thanks for your help and hopefully someone will be able to help me confirm what date the Surrey's badge is from as I am trying to build a small collection of WW1 badges and hope this may fit into that timeline.

Cheers

Rob
