ARE THESE MODERN BADGES GENUINE?

picked these up today and am wondering if they are indeed genuine current issue or fantasy items? if good are they officers?

im not sure if i like them but they do look better than the annodised badges. (sorry hagwalther) are they officers? whats the difference to the ORs?

The Yorkshire Regiment and Duke of Lancaster's badge are current issue.

The Yorkshire Regiment badge is worn in the forage cap in no 1 and no 2 dress for all ranks and I believe the Duke of Lancaster's badge is worn both in the beret and forage cap.

The enamel rose is the Kings Division band,the Light Dragoons badge is fine.
