Unbelievable price for FAA Air Mechanic 'L' patch
This one just sold for the unbelievable price of £75.89...
I can only imagine that the successful bidder - as well as the 'runner up' - thought this to be an obscure RFC or early RAF trade patch, rather than a WW2 Fleet Air Arm trade patch. Certainly, a 'coup' for the seller! I must confess to being a little niggled, as I was bidding on it myself, but would never stretch to this amount for such a patch. |

Hi Doug
Better hold on to the ones I sold you. They must now be worth thousands. John |

On a more serious note, I would like to think that the buyer somehow realises the error and seeks to return the item and that the seller responds accordingly. |
