..seen a lot of these over the last couple of years , I think they are a pure fantasy , costume item .

Ah, yes, that's what i was thinking!
I believe a Dealer has the badge, and my friend was thinking about purchasing it.....

I personally think this is a high quality item and definitely represents something either a US navy submarine or torpedo squadron but the trick is trying to find out what!
