Post "A Real Mystery" O C A Badge

Hello everyone,

I came across this on e-bay just recently, the seller has been trying to sell this pin for some time without any success. He has listed it and I quote as "WWII Suffolk Regiment D-Day Old Comrades Ass. O.C.A Battalion Sterling Badge Pin"

As far as I can tell, it doesn't seem to be anything to do with the Suffolk Regiment, but there might be other member who has more extensive knowledge who might be able to identify this badge.

Many thanks in advance for any help in identifying this item.

Best regards.

Yes, I agree. The style of lettering is indicative of a badge made in the USA.

Dave.
